1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable
Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments made to Media Mint Pro are non-refundable once a project has been started or design work has been initiated.
This applies to:
Website design & development
Branding & logo design
SEO, analytics, and CRM setup
Social media design or marketing assets
Once the project has moved into the planning, design, or development phase, we allocate resources and time that cannot be recovered.
2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If you wish to cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (typically up to 50%) depending on the scope and administrative time already invested.

3. No Refunds for Completed or Delivered Work
Once a project has been completed, handed over, or marked as delivered, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
We do, however, offer revision rounds as part of most packages, and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final result.
4. Subscription Services & Retainers
If you are on a monthly retainer (e.g. maintenance, marketing support), you may cancel anytime with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Failure to Provide Required Materials
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and access credentials on time. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund, as your delay impacts delivery and resources.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage open communication. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate project termination and legal response where applicable.
