We aim for 100% satisfaction. However, in case of early termination:
Refund Terms:
100% refund before any work begins
50% refund if canceled during early design phase
No refund once the site is 50% or more complete or after final approval
Note: Domain and hosting purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
Written request via email is required to cancel ongoing work. Work may be paused or terminated upon mutual agreement.
3. Revisions & Scope
Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
4. Ownership
Once the final payment is received, all website content, designs, and assets delivered by Media Mint Pro belong to the client.
5. Limitations
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or third-party service outages (e.g., hosting, domain providers).
6. Termination
Either party may cancel the service agreement with written notice. Refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
