These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Media Mint Pro website and services. By using our site or hiring us for services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Media Mint Pro offers professional digital services including (but not limited to):
Custom website design & development
Branding & logo design
SEO setup & optimization
CRM and marketing tool integration
Social media design & marketing packages
All services are delivered under agreed timelines, scopes, and pricing models.
Clients agree to:
Provide all necessary content (text, images, access credentials) on time
Give timely feedback and approvals during the project
Make payments as per the agreed schedule
Review and accept final deliverables within the delivery window
Delays in client communication or content delivery may impact project timelines.
All pricing is discussed and agreed before project initiation
We accept payment via PayPal, Wise, and bank transfer
Projects under $1000 require full upfront payment
Projects over $1000 may be split into milestones (at our discretion)
Late payments may incur delays or service interruption
Most design packages include a limited number of revision rounds (e.g., 2–3). Additional changes beyond the scope may be billed separately.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Clients may cancel before the project begins for a partial refund (see our Refund Policy).
Once a project is started, no refunds will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if a client is unresponsive for more than 15 days or breaches these terms.
All design assets created by Media Mint Pro remain our property until full payment is made.
Upon full payment:
You own the rights to your final logo, website, and branding
We retain the right to display work in our portfolio
Client-provided materials must not infringe any third-party copyrights.
Media Mint Pro is not liable for:
Loss of data or revenue from using your website
Third-party tools, plugins, or hosting issues
Business losses related to website downtime or advertising results
All services are provided as-is and without warranty unless otherwise stated.
By working with us, you acknowledge that your site may include tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Stape.io for ad tracking and performance measurement.
You are responsible for complying with data regulations in your region.
